Let's see if we can get more people to vote, despite all the efforts at voter suppression in this challenging time. If only we could get a higher percent of people actually voting, the result could be very different than what we have.

After all, if voting could change things, they would work at preventing people from voting. Oh, wait, that is what is called voter suppression and there seems to be a big effort in that way at this time.

Of course, even after any election, we still need to work really hard to get the elected officials to do the right thing. But at least we can try to elect people who can be influenced by public pressure, as opposed to the ones who are just impossible and strive to be fascist in their modes of governing. I for one have seen enough of that.
