This slogan is a responce to Donald Trump in his debate with Hillary Clinton.
He called her "Such a Nasty Woman!" in the midst of the debate. It was a clear attempt to bully and shame her. Although it may have been popular with his fans, this offended many women who have since reclaimed the term Nasty Woman as a positive trait they can identify with.
